1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The "NT" Foundation for Support of Science, Innovative Technologies and Perspective Solutions is established on the basis of voluntary property contributions and is a non-profit organization aimed at supporting scientific research, educational programs, and the introduction of advanced technologies.
2. The Foundation operates in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the RA Law on Foundations, international treaties, and this Charter, based on self-governance, equality, transparency, and collegiality.
3. Official name of the Foundation:
1) Full English: "Noyan Tapan" Fund for the Advancement of Science, Innovation and Perspective Development
2) Short English: Fund "Noyan Tapan"
3) Full Armenian: «Նոյան Տապան» գիտության, նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաների և հեռանկարային լուծումների աջակցության հիմնադրամ
4. Headquarters: 28 Isahakyan St., Yerevan 0009, Republic of Armenia.
